Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Coloring with Kaju mobile application (the "App"), provided by [Company / Developer Legal Name] ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

The App is intended for children to use with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you are under the age of majority, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.

1. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

2. Premium Subscriptions

The App offers optional premium subscriptions that unlock additional coloring pages, colors, tools, and features.

a. Plans & Pricing

We currently offer auto-renewing subscriptions (for example, Monthly and Yearly plans). Exact pricing is shown in the App at the time of purchase and may vary by region.

b. Billing & Auto-Renewal

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

c. Managing & Cancelling

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

d. Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store policies. We do not directly process payments or refunds.

e. Parental Consent for Purchases

Subscription purchases are protected by a Parental Gate. Purchases should only be made by a parent or guardian, or with their permission.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App;
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers;
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the App or its content.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including the "Kaju" character, illustrations, coloring pages, artwork, designs, text, and software — is owned by [Company / Developer Legal Name] or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Artwork you create by coloring is yours to keep and use personally.

5. User-Created Content

Colored artwork is created and stored locally on your device. You are responsible for any artwork you save or share. We do not claim ownership of your personalized creations.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Company / Developer Legal Name] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to the App and Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any feature) at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date will reflect the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [country/state of governing law], without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

11. Apple App Store Additional Terms

This App is distributed through the Apple App Store. The Apple App Store Terms of Service also apply. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, and is not a party to these Terms. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
